I paid for "next day delivery" for my glasses, only to receive an email hours later stating that my order would take three business days. The complete lack of human customer service was appalling—automated lines, bots, and ignored emails were all I encountered when trying to resolve this. This horrible business and horrible customer service ultimately forced me to leave this review and insist on a proper conversation.

Customer: I am absolutely furious about my recent order, number [Your Order Number]. I paid $19.95 for next-day delivery, and yet, days later, my glasses are still not here! Your website clearly states "eligible for next day delivery," but then you send an email saying it will take three business days. This is completely unacceptable. CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience this has caused you. I understand you paid for an expedited service that was not delivered as promised. Let me pull up your order with the number you provided. Customer: Yes, please do. And this isn't the first time I've tried to get help—your phone lines are automated, your live chat is a bot, and my emails went unanswered! All I want is a refund for the next-day delivery fee. You clearly didn't provide the service I paid for. CS Rep: Thank you for confirming your order. I see the next-day delivery charge and the extended shipping timeframe. You are absolutely right, and I am very sorry for both the delivery delay and the difficulty you faced reaching a human representative. I will process a full refund of the $19.95 next-day delivery fee to your original payment method immediately. Please allow 3-5 business days for it to appear on your statement.
